ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in Financial Analyses: Contribute to various financial analyses, such as:

• Margin analysis on active and closed projects

• Companywide base pricing update

• Public Builder Summary

• Monthly Budget to Actual analysis

• Requests from field teams (e.g., profit participation and development analysis)

Prepare and maintain schedules and reports to track, analyze, and communicate the financial activity of the Company, including but not limited to the following:

• Monthly reporting of sales, releases, and closings.

• Financial schedules and worksheets of the Company’s property;

• Overhead analysis; and

• Lot and land under development costs, including records of such costs subject to reimbursement.

Assist in improving current financial processes:

• Update current Excel files with more improved formulas or transition to PowerBI reports

• D365 Base Pricing project

• RPA projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Some coursework or prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis is a plus.

• Basic business and financial modeling skills with a solid grasp of numbers.

• Strong analytical abilities and the ability to effectively communicate findings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools and any experience in Microsoft D365 ERP is a plus.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

• You must be able to work at least 40 hours a week. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
