Job Description
Cummins 1-800 Radiator & A/C is seeking a competent, motivated team player with exceptional customer service and basic accounting skills to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist. This is a full time position with comprehensive benefits and will be located in our Baltimore, MD warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Process high volume of payments daily, including reconciling cash, using proprietary customer management system
•Answer customer calls and emails regarding their statements, processing credit card payments and other administrative tasks
•Outbound collection calls on unpaid invoices, past due accounts and returned checks
•Accurately process high volume of customer transactions for all 6 warehouses on a daily basis to ensure payments and deliveries
•Problem solve and assist customers with their accounts
•Help at front counter to check in drivers, verify delivery routes to customers, and handle cash payments during busy summer months
•Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with all teams members
•Overtime may be available during busy summer months
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping or other related fields
•Ability to resolve customer issues and analyze information
•Ability to achieve goals on a daily basis
•Multi-tasking, stress tolerance and ability to work well in fast paced environment
•Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office and Excel specifically
•Great work ethic and self-motivate
