Admin Support Intern – Internship Opportunity

Assist with data entry, file management, and internal communication in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry, document organization, and file management.
Help maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other admin records.
Support internal communication by managing emails and scheduling meetings.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports and SOP documentation.
Perform general virtual administrative tasks assigned by the team.
Conduct basic research to support administrative and operational needs.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
