Job Title- Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Location- Phoenix AZ 85027 USA

We are Hiring for 2 different Manufacturing Engineers

Freshers with 1 Years of Experience at Pay range $40-$50/hour on W2.

5+ Years Experience Manufacturing Engineer experience in PWA/PWB and FPGA at Pay Range $50-$75/hour on W2

Must be US Citizen (because of government project)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement manufacturing best practices
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 1+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and practices.

C/C#, Solder, Basic understanding of schematics, Mechanical assembly

Bonus skills

FPGA & PWA/PWB board layout

Lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)

2 - 5 years experience Software Development using C, C#, C++ coding experience Knowledge/skillset in Fusion, Expedition, or Eagle software Able to read and follow wiring schematics Soldering Experience

Plans and designs manufacturing processes in industrial plant. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
