Job Overview:  

As a Nurse Practitioner at Wink, you will administer a variety of aesthetic treatments and wellness services while ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care. You will work under the supervision of the Medical Director as required by state and federal regulations. The NP will be responsible for conducting thorough consultations, creating customized treatment plans necessary to achieve positive clinical outcomes. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Administer aesthetic treatments with expertise and precision such as Injectables, RF/Microneedling, and Laser procedures in collaboration with our physicians.
  • Meet with aesthetic patients to assess their needs, conduct consultations, and develop individualized treatment plans. 
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and deliver personalized, patient-centered care. 

Perform a comprehensive consultation to develop a personalized treatment plan. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcome.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient and treatment administered. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in aesthetics and wellness. 
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure all procedures are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Thorough knowledge of the skin and related aesthetic treatments.
  • Experience in aesthetic procedures is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with patients. 
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a commitment to delivering high-quality care. 
  • Ability and willingness to do videos, educate and contribute via blogs a plus. 
  • Must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Education and Experience Requirements:  

  • Current, active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey. 
  • Minimum 3 years in aesthetic medicine or dermatology. 

 

Work Schedule:  

  • Part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time.
  • Flexibility to key, supporting the needs of the practice.
