Job Description

Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add an Application Security Administrator to its team. This role will work hybrid in Richardson, TX and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This starts as a 3-month contract role that pays $40-45 per hour. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to operate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve security-related support tickets using ServiceNow
  • Communicate directly with end users to gather information, answer questions, and provide support
  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain visibility into ongoing work and ensure continuity of support
  • Analyze business and user security needs, document requirements, and translate into ERP application security solutions
  • Develop and maintain test plans for new and modified security configurations
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) on all security changes
  • Create and manage SQL scripts to generate reports and perform ad hoc analysis
  • Prepare and deliver training materials, documentation, and internal presentations
  • Generate general and ad hoc security reports as needed
  • Support associated Finance, Supply Chain, and HR applications with security setup and maintenance
  • Maintain a clear understanding of security policies and their impact on audit compliance, particularly with SOX requirements

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of security administration experience in an ERP system
  • Experience with PeopleSoft
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good note-taking skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be able to communicate well between team members both in writing and verbally

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
