firstPro is seeking a full charge bookkeeper to join a great and growing team in the Alpharetta area. Please apply if you feel you meet the qualifications!

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger
• Process accounts payable and receivable invoices
• Prepare and process payroll
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Manage sales tax and other tax filings
• Maintain and organize financial records
• Assist with year-end closing and audits
• Provide financial analysis and reporting

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
