Summary of Position:

We are seeking remote customer-oriented service representatives to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer service solutions while maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, upselling products, scheduling appointments, and staying informed about campaign offerings.

Job Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Accurately capture and enter customer data.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services.
Schedule appointments in accordance with business requirements.
Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions.
Requirements:

Minimum one year of call center experience, including working with automatic dialers and call scripting.
Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
Sales experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with PC/Laptop systems.
Experience in an outbound call environment.
Work-From-Home Requirements:

PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10.
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection.
USB-connected headset for clear communication.
Webcam for virtual meetings.
Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
