Job Details for Call Center Agent Position:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday - various schedule
• Pay Rate: Up to $21.00 per hour
• Dedicated training plan

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Agent:

• Responds to inbound and outbound calls
• Collect information needed from patients and log into computer
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers
• Process patient prescription needs successfully

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Agent:

• Responds to inbound phone calls and claims (as well as outbound calls) to/from patients, physicians, and pharmacies, services their access to care and reimbursement needs and responds.
• Refers requests for escalation as needed and engages other internal areas such as Program Management, IT and other Contact Center teams to resolve issues.

Job Requirements for Call Center Agent:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a call center, customer service, insurance, benefits, marketing, sales, retail, or related area a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
