Elle Seller We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in creating a positive experience for our clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and the company.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions clearly in the system for tracking and reference.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, even in challenging situations with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar software is preferred.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Salary

$1100 - $1560 /week
