Civil AutoCAD 3D Designer

We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our team and support battery storage & recycling project work.

This role is for you if you have the following background:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering design, ideally involving site development or brownfield industrial sites.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D including: Plan and Profile development, pipe networks, pressure networks, grading functions, and surface development
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations relevant to site development is a plus.

What you will do:

• Design site layouts, grading, paving, striping, and underground utility distribution drawings in the latest version of AutoCAD Civil 3D under the supervision of Licensed Civil Engineers.
• Conduct field reconnaissance to measure and document existing conditions for brownfield and greenfield developments.
• Participate in project planning meetings and cross-functional design reviews.
• Apply creative problem-solving skills to propose solutions beyond standard approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address complex design challenges, selecting appropriate methods and techniques.
