The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Providing administrative and technical services in the fields of scheduling, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.

Responsibilities

• Read/interpret drawings and specifications
• Contract and Change Order management
• Prepare and forward submittals
• Track material deliveries
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in construction estimating / construction management / project management
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Bluebeam and project management/estimating software
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
