Job Description

Are you outgoing, reliable, and excited to launch a career in customer service and marketing? Join our growing Promotions & Events team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative and get hands-on experience working with some of the nation’s most recognized brands. No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude — we’ll provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional brand activations

  • Represent top national brands with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

  • Engage with event attendees to answer questions, offer product information, and create memorable brand experiences

  • Assist with event setup, booth presentation, and teardown

  • Collect and relay customer feedback to help optimize campaign performance

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, outgoing communicator who enjoys working with people

  • Dependable and punctual, with a flexible schedule (weekends included)

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus — but not necessary!
