Job Description
Our client is looking for a Full-Time Practice Manager with 5 years of management experience who can provide extraordinary leadership to the practice! Come join this privately owned, multi-doctor office that is patient focused and quality driven. Hours are Mon-Thursday 8am to 5 pm and Friday once a month 8am to 4 pm. Duties include team leadership and management, weekly and quarterly metrics, selling services to new and existing patients, managing overall company goals, maintaining budgeting, collaborating with team leads, and running spreadsheets. Salary is based on experience with monthly and quarterly bonuses. The Base salary starts at $65,000-85,000 with average bonuses of 20,000 depending on experience and productivity.
