Job Summary

The Director of Digital Product leads the team responsible for defining the guest experience, product strategy, and development of digital platforms, including our Consumer, Travel Partner, and Crew websites and mobile applications.

Essential Functions

  1. Define the vision for the end-to-end User and Guest experience across all digital touchpoints, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
  2. Lead senior managers, contractors, freelancers, and vendors; foster a data-driven, user-focused culture.
  3. Oversee product launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring successful implementation and performance management.
  4. Provide strategic leadership over digital product development, including roadmaps, design, and technical development; adapt strategies based on guest satisfaction, revenue, and other key drivers.
  5. Coordinate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment, connecting diverse departments and projects.
  6. Lead the vision and definition of digital products, ensuring alignment with business drivers and user needs.
  7. Ensure timely, within-budget delivery of product outcomes, with thorough prioritization and user testing.
  8. Establish and monitor KPIs, continuously optimizing products based on data insights.
  9. Manage budgets effectively, building strong business cases for investments.
  10. Nurture and develop top digital talent to drive growth and innovation.
  11. Apply online marketing principles such as conversion optimization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  12. Utilize web analytics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related; post-graduate degree a plus.
  • 10+ years in digital strategy and/or application development, preferably in consumer-facing roles.
  • Proven success in digital project management and implementation.
  • Experience in enterprise environments with internal and external partnerships.
  • Strong skills in user experience, agile methodologies, and rapid discovery.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in online retail, hospitality, or travel industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel, including international trips.
