The Talent Shop is seeking a Director of Operations to join their team in Salado, TX! This location will offer guests breakfast, lunch, and dinner fare from a contemporary menu where Old Texas tradition meets modern techniques.
This individual would be overseeing the entire food and beverage program. The restaurant is 10,000 square feet, seats up to 196 in the main dining and can accommodate another 100 seats between 3 – private dining rooms. The restaurant is open 7 days per week, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This position is on-site, and the right individual will be working with the Management and Culinary Team on shift, as part of the daily operation.
Previous experience as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume restaurant is a MUST to be considered for the position as well as events management.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).
