Director of Distribution Engineering

Location – Houston, TX (On site)

Salary up to 185k DOE, plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• This position will oversee the operational control of our Distribution Design team where you’ll improve processes and train and mentor your team
• You will have 4-6 managers reporting into you and a department of up to 40 individuals, indirectly
• You’ll also be involved in high level technical oversight including QA/QC and be a key player for BD, resource planning and manging profit and loss
• The position requires tracking of deliverables, developing a management strategy, performance reporting and monitoring of contract milestones
• Responsible for the profitability of the Distribution department

The successful candidate must have/show:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electrical)
• 10+ years’ experience in field of Distribution engineering with strong background in design
• Successful history of Project Management and client engagement.
• Must have previous experience managing a team
• P.E is required and a PMP is desirable
