POSITION SUMMARY

Deublin Company, a Hoerbiger company is seeking recent graduate who is ready to kickstart their career in Engineering. The Engineer will participate in the 24-month-long Deublin Rotational Program. Over the course of the program, participants will rotate through Design engineering, manufacturing engineering, DPS and applications engineering departments, gaining exposure to various aspects of our operations, and contributing to strategic projects and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Design and Improvement: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste. Utilize principles of lean manufacturing and process engineering to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Conceptualization and Design: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for new products or improvements to existing ones. Develop detailed design plans based on project requirements, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• CAD Modeling: Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of components, assemblies, and systems. Ensure accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability of designs.
• Solution Development: Analyze customer needs and requirements to propose customized solutions that address specific application challenges or opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and R&D, to develop tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, assisting with product selection, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and optimization. Offer guidance on best practices, usage scenarios, and implementation strategies to ensure customer success.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related Engineering field
• Prior internship or co-op experience in engineering-related roles is a plus.
