18 Wheels USA is hiring professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers for our growing OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleet. We operate primarily East of the I-35 corridor, offering stable routes and consistent miles. Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Employment: This is a stable, full-time W2 position.
• Competitive Pay: Earn $1,300 - $1,600 per week, based on experience and position. Paid weekly via direct deposit.
• Paid Training: Training for recent CDL graduates is paid.

• Reliable Home Time: Enjoy consistent time off. Our drivers typically get home options available depending on the route either home weekly or bi-weekly
• Modern Equipment: Drive well-maintained, late-model trucks. Assigned late-model Freightliner or Kenworth trucks (average age < 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer according to DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Transport dry van freight primarily within the Eastern US (East of I-35). This involves primarily no-touch freight, with approximately 70% drop and hook.
• Manage routes and schedules efficiently for on-time pickup and delivery.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs), trip reports, and vehicle inspection records (DVIRs).
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
  • Minimum Experience: Drivers with 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience are considered experienced. Entry-level/trainee positions are available for recent CDL school graduates.

     

  • Trainee Requirement: Recent CDL school graduates must have completed at least 120 hours of instruction.

     

  • Must have a satisfactory driving record (MVR) and safety history.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
