Employer Industry: Legal Technology Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $183,844.80 annually Eligible for an annual bonus based on performance Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Collaborative work environment with a focus on team success Chance to work with innovative eDiscovery technologies and methodologies Supportive culture that values enthusiastic and dedicated team members What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes Consult with clients on utilizing the employer’s suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity Coordinate internal processes across employer departments to ensure client objectives are met Represent the employer in client interactions and with third-party service providers Supervise and support other members of the Client Services team to ensure client needs are addressed effectively What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an e-discovery environment, with hosting services experience preferred Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving client needs Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Epiq
