As an Uncommon Elementary School Teacher , you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a love for learning in every student from day one. Compensation for this role ranges from $56,000 to $80,000 . Starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant full-time teaching experience, educational certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Candidates without full-time teaching experience will likely start at $56,000.
