Job Title: Employment Defense Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid or Remote options available)
Salary Range: $145,000 - $215,000, with potential for mandatory and discretionary bonuses
Billable Hours: 1,900 annually

A prominent Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Defense Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This position requires a highly motivated attorney with strong litigation experience and excellent research, writing, and case management skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of employment defense litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Handle all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and other team members to effectively manage cases and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment defense preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Exceptional case management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Work Ethic: A dedication to meeting billable hours and maintaining a high standard of professional excellence.
• Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in California.
