The School District of Lee County is seeking passionate and dedicated English Language Arts Teachers for grades 6–12 for the 2025–2026 school year. What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver engaging, inclusive ELA lessons tailored to a diverse range of learners
  • Foster a positive, student-centered classroom environment that supports academic success and personal growth
  • Set clear objectives and use meaningful assessments to track student progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student achievement
  • Embrace innovation and technology to enhance the learning experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid Florida teaching certificate or eligible out-of-state certification in English Language Arts
