Job Description:

The Entry Level Event Specialist will assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing event setup, and ensuring that all details align with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about event planning, willing to support the team in delivering successful events.

Pay Range: $1050 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, such as conferences, meetings, and team gatherings
• Support logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and equipment setup
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth event operations
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that spaces are arranged as required
• Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site registration processes
• Address attendee questions and ensure a welcoming environment for guests
• Collect feedback post-event and prepare reports on event effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during events
• Provide administrative support, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; event planning coursework or certification is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with event management tools
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as required for events
