We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of events, from initial concept to final implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in event coordination and a passion for creating memorable experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event needs are met

  • Help manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown

  • Support in developing event materials such as invitations, programs, and presentations

  • Handle event registration and guest coordination

  • Assist with budget management and ensure events stay within budget

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Ensure timely communication with clients and team members throughout the event process

  • Proven experience in event coordination or related field

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
