• Conference Calls: Keeping communication channels open to guide the sale process from introduction to closure.

Compensation:

Business Brokers are generously compensated, and at East Coast Stores, we value our brokers. We offer between 60-80% commission to experienced brokers. To give you an idea, here's a potential scenario:

• $2,000,000 sale at 7% commission = $140,000 total commission
• You could earn 60-70% of that amount, showcasing the financial benefits of being a Business Broker.

The Schedule:

One of the significant advantages of this role is the flexibility it offers. While some meetings may be time-sensitive, you have control over your schedule. Business Brokers typically do not work traditional 9-5 hours. Your schedule may vary based on the availability of business owners and potential buyers. This flexibility allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Prospecting Made Simple:

In Business Brokering, prospecting is more about seeking than selling. You won't be convincing someone to sell their business if they're not interested. Some effective prospecting methods include:
