Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details - Serve as a strategic partner and extension of leadership, supporting the firm's business operations.
- Align Partner time with their priorities through a deep understanding of core business objectives and expert prioritization strategies.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment to advance the firm’s business goals effectively.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling all business and project-related meetings while coordinating logistics and details.
- Assess and respond on behalf of leadership to requests, calls, and emails, balancing competing priorities across projects, offices, and marketing deadlines.
- Arrange domestic and international travel in accordance with travel policies, including booking flights, hotels, trains, car services, and managing travel visa requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely expense reports and timesheets for Partners.
- Monitor and track Partner licensing and continuing education requirements.
- Proofread, edit, and distribute business-related correspondence; draft meeting notes and presentation materials upon leadership's request.
- Represent leadership in interactions with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Provide primary backup support for the front-desk administrator; collaborate with and serve as backup for other Executive Assistants and Project Administrators as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of general and executive-level administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Experience with BlueBeam and Deltek Vision
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise high-level communications
- Skilled at engaging effectively with diverse groups, including staff, consultants, clients, and the public
Administrative Expertise:
- Proven experience managing complex calendars with competing priorities
- Skilled in coordinating intricate travel arrangements and logistics
- Strong judgment in determining the priority and urgency of information
Professionalism and Discretion:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling project, business, and personnel matters
- Capable of working independently, managing workloads, and prioritizing tasks without supervision
Additional Knowledge:
- Familiarity with architectural or engineering terminology is a plus, though not required
