About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Asset Protection Field Operations in the Central US. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in retail store functions and a deep understanding of the factors that can impact profitability, particularly in complex and challenging markets. This role is pivotal in the development and execution of strategies to mitigate shrinkage and protect the company's assets. The Executive Director will be responsible for defining and upholding standards, leading a team of direct and extended reports, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Analytical skills, the ability to lead under pressure, and a proven track record in talent management are essential. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years experience in asset protection, 8 years in retail field management, and 5 years in multi-site leadership. The role requires a leader who can effectively partner with key stakeholders, communicate strategic priorities, and demonstrate a growth mindset. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy organizations, and experience in a retail pharmacy setting is a plus. The position demands a high level of integrity, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The Executive Director will be expected to travel extensively and must be adept at managing multiple deliverables with strong time management skills.
