As a Facilities Operations Manager Sr you will plan, manage and guide multiple contracted services for a single client normally generating up to $4M in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
Depending on the client, services are primarily facility support and/or custodial services but can also include food service and more. The Facilities Operations Manager Sr is an experienced operations manager responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
Meaningful experience in service industry or contract services, including managing teams.
Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues and staff.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
