Join our dynamic team and enjoy an exciting work environment with state-of-the-art equipment and experienced support staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to maintain and service material handling equipment throughout the New Haven, CT area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various types of material handling/Heavy equipment and aerial equipment.
• Repair and replace hydraulic system components, drive axles, electrical systems, and steering systems.
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Document all repairs, maintain detailed work orders, and manage parts inventory efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience repairing material handling equipment, particularly diesel engine heavy-duty forklifts.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must own a complete set of tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to safety with a “do it right the first time” mentality.

• $40 - $45/hr., pay rate based on experience and certification.

All technicians will be subjected to a pre-employment background check (Criminal Record Check, MVR check, and Drug Screen)

Shift: Days, Monday to Friday.
