Responsibilities
Currently recruiting for multiple Office professional openings in Dalton. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years in an office customer service setting and proficient with MS Office.
Duties could include: Enter & track customer orders; Customer Service/maintain client database; Help resolve customer issues; Answer phone and forward to correct person or take detailed messages; Process client documents; Communicate with multiple Departments to ensure customers' needs are met; Prepare & distribute reports; and Assist other departments with office tasks as directed.
Requirements: Must be proficient with MS Office; Have at least 2 years recent Office Customer Service experience; AS400 experience (huge plus); and comfortable with a multi-task type of job.
