**Full-Time Janitorial General Manager**
Management Team Wyomissing , Pennsylvania Minimum Experience **Manager/Supervisor** Compensation **$24.00/hr** Job Duties: The General Manager at KKBS Facility Services will be responsible for taking ownership of all customer accounts, maintaining, and growing them to their full potential. Duties will vary from assisting with customer inquiries, managing employees, maintaining long-term customer relationships & offering support and training when needed. Providing a high level of customer service and account management for assigned accounts, taking all action necessary to ensure completion of required work according to contract scope of work. The ability to work in the office, as well as, out in the field will be highly important. A general manager would need to be able to wear many hats at any given moment and adjust to the needs of the business, as they are ever changing. Full Time, Swing Shift
Schedule : Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm
Compensation : $24.00+ (based on experience)
Location : Home Base Office in Wyomissing
Reports To: Human Resources and Senior Management
DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
* Resolve client's tickets and requests and respond professionally to all requests and provide answers/solutions to any questions/complaints
* Knows and follows all safety rules and proper procedures associated with the responsibilities of OSHA.
* Perform quality assurance inspections and in-person site visits for assigned accounts and communicate with supervisors and employees to ensure contact scope of work is being met and fulfilled.
* Meet with the customer, in person or by telephone, on a regular basis to ensure the customer's needs are being met, and to recommend additional work as needed outside the contract
* Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high employee morale.
* Discipline employees who fail to meet company performance levels.
* Establish and maintain excellent communication with the clients, as well as employees
* Thoroughly train new hires for each position and ensure adequate staffing to meet contract and operational requirements.
* Oversee schedules and ensure labor and expenses are managed collaborate with Office Manager to ensure budgets are in range.
* Ensure on-going training, performance reviews, employment termination and disciplinary measures according to policy and procedure.
* Knowledge of proper use of equipment, chemicals and supplies used in the field.
* Oversee inventory and ensure delivery of supplies for cleaning staff.
* Work closely with Office Manager, Operations Manager and Senior Executives.
* Assist with shift coverage- assist in finding coverage or Operations Manager must cover shift.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team; an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
* Oversee and enforce the training and safety program for all staff
* Ability to lead others and motivate the team, especially in stressful situations.
* Directly supervise night shift janitorial employees.
* Schedule and manage special projects to provide timely services to clients (floor work, window washing, carpet cleaning, etc)
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce & HR Platform.

* Knowledge of and experience in janitorial operations/management is a plus

* Must pass a background check and have a clean driving history.
