Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time

• Oversee and coordinate all grounds maintenance activities.
• Supervise a team of grounds maintenance technicians ensuring compliance with performance standards.
• Ensure all work is completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
• Perform regular inspections of the grounds to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities and employee schedules.
• Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed.
• Handle administrative duties such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising grounds maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using grounds maintenance equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain detailed records.
• English fluency.
• Valid driver’s license
