With this in mind we at Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy are seeking an educator willing to tackle those challenges and support students during virtual instruction. An ideal candidate will be very intuitive as an educator have the ability to build great relationships with students and families and have a passion for social studies and education.

If you have proven skill or experience in:
Planning engaging standardsbased lessons;
Bringing additional resources to lessons and students;
Creating an effective learning environment through relationship building high expectations and the use of consistent and effective routines;
Teaching what to learn and how to learn it (notetaking handson learning experiences; gradual release);
Communicating with parents in person and in writing;
Working collaboratively with peers and other professionals to solve problems of practice;
Upholding norms of school culture;
Willingness to develop students in literacy skills; and
Reflecting on his or her practice seeing their students success as their own.
Requisites
Educators must be certified to teach in their content area for the State of Wisconsin or be able to obtain a charter school license from Wisconsin Department of Instruction.
All candidates must pass a background check including fingerprinting.
