About the Role

As a Home Health Physical Therapist at Dependable Nursing, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves:

• Patient Evaluation and Treatment :

  • Assess patients’ physical capabilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional abilities.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities to aid recovery.

• Patient Education and Support :

  • Educate patients and their families on the benefits of physical therapy and offer ongoing support throughout the treatment process.

• Collaboration :

  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Documentation :

  • Maintain accurate records of patients’ progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

• Professional Development :

  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest advances in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensing :
  • Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Arizona.
• Experience :
  • Minimum of one year of experience in home health.
• Skills :

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
