The **Housekeeper must have at least 5 years of work experience in high profile residences.**

**Duties of the Housekeeper**
As a **Housekeeper**, the role includes:
**Housekeeper Cook**
* Responsible for all service duties (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
* Setting up tables (mise-en-place) according to the daily requirements.
* Taking care of silver, crystal, cookeries
* Responsible for cooking tasty and healthy meals for the family
* Family style cooking, healthy and fresh ingredients. Experience for Italian cuisine
* Pantry and grocery shopping
* High-level residence general housekeeping duties:
+ hoovering, dusting, cleaning
+ fine cleaning: windows, curtains, etc.
* Laundry and ironing:
+ house linen, table linen
+ family wardrobe, luxury clothing
* Dogs lover
**Must be able to be flexible** and manage last-minute changes.
**Must have excellent time management and organisational skills** and be looking for a long-term position.
**Must have highly professional** and be able to use your own initiative and hit the ground running each day.
**Must be punctual and reliable and have strong discretion and respect** to family life; **must manage the family privacy**.
**Location**
The family is based in **Roma**.
**Work Time Work Days**
* Monday Friday 8h/day
* Saturday and Sunday day-off
**Languages**
The **Housekeeper** must speak a good level of Italian.
**Mandatory Requirements**
Previous experience in high-level families and verifiable references is essential.
**Work Start Date**
The start date is not set, but the **Housekeeper** is required to be available to **start as soon as possible**.
