Job Description

Our client, based in Washington, DC, is looking for an HR Scheduling Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. If you have 3+ years of scheduling experience and are interested in this role, apply today!

About the Job:

• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and orientations; Handle all aspects of scheduling.
• Prepare statistical reports and presentations.
• Handle meeting logistics and A/V set up.
• Manage electronic and paper records.
• Aid with related HR tasks as required.

About You:

• 3+ years of extensive scheduling experience.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing own workload effectively.
• Ability to relate effectively to others, fostering positive relationships.

About the Position:

• $24/hr-$28/hr while temporary
• $55k-$60k if permanent, DOE
• Starting ASAP!
• Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
• Office in Washington, DC.
