Junior Graphic Designer

In this role, you will be assisting with the design, setup, and production of digital and large-format projects. Youll have the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects, from designing digital prints to collaborating on large-scale installations like vehicle wraps and wall murals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, design, and production of digital print projects using software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support the large-format department with design adjustments and production tasks, such as preparing graphics for installation.
• Work alongside the production team to ensure high-quality output that meets client expectations.
• Learn and apply color-matching techniques, including calibrating designs to match Pantone colors and previous projects.
• Collaborate with the team to manage and prioritize daily projects efficiently.
• Assist with project installations, including on-site work for vehicle graphics and wall murals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support equipment maintenance when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic graphic design skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in graphic design or print production is a bonus but not required.
