Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Engage:  Prospect and connect with medical practices, healthcare professionals, and referral sources through direct outreach, cold calling, and networking.

Support Relationship Building: Help foster connections with physicians, practice administrators, and other decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.

Assist in Generating Referrals: Promote our services to drive patient referrals and expand our impact.

Market Research: Conduct research on healthcare industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support business development strategies.

Marketing & Brand Awareness: Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and recruitment efforts.

Digital & Social Media Support: Contribute to digital advertising, social media engagement, and content creation to enhance our online presence.

What You Bring:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong Communication & People Skills, ability to engage, build trust, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Eager to Learn with an interest in healthcare marketing, business development, and sales strategies.
• Comfortable with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media.
• Self-Motivated & Organized with the ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation for local outreach efforts.
