Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the L’Oreal Consumer Products Division on the Walmart Account team with day-to-day tasks to grow account business and increase sales. 

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Assist in set up and execution of 360 activation. 

• Asset/Artwork submission 
• Manage and track product orders.

• Run and analyze 360 activations (Luminate)

• Ad/Promo performance analysis
• Analysis of 3 rd party retail reporting

• Manage creative briefs. 
• New Item Tracking
• Social Monitoring of Walmart, our brands, & competitors including ratings & review
• Competitive analysis of new items with a focus on exclusives
• Ad hoc projects as directed by management. 

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Recent college graduate (within 12 months) from a bachelor’s program.
• Demonstrated interest in Sales, Merchandising and / or Marketing in the beauty industry.
• Computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and database management.
• Effective interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
