We are a professional General Contractor with more than 20 years of experience in the field. All phases of construction, from
Residential Remodel, Residential New Construction, Commercial T.I., and Commercial New Construction.
Most work sites are in the Portland Metro area and Tualatin Valley.

Requirements:
We are seeking a Working On-Site Construction Superintendent who has a minimum of 5-10 years of experience
(7+Years Preferred) in the construction industry. Must be familiar with Commercial Construction and willing to work nights
and weekends as needed (rarely). A valid driver's license is required.
This position requires dependability, work ethic, adherence to company policies, adherence to plan specifications,
teamwork, and clear communication with management, co-workers, subcontractors, and customers as required. Basic English
speaking skills are necessary to communicate with customers.
We reserve the right to require all employees to pass a pre-employment Drug Screen, Criminal Background check, and
Motor Vehicle Driving record check.
We participate in E-Verify.

Job duties will include, however, are not limited to, the following:
- Framing Skills (Wood Metal stud)
- Window and Door Installation
- Structural Repair
- Cabinet Installation
- Finish Carpentry
- Flooring Installation
- Dry Rot / Water Damage Repair
- Drywall Patching Painting
- Painting: General, Finish, Trim, Touch up
- Demolition and Debris removal Jobsite cleanup
- General Labor

Responsibilities include the ability to work independently, to complete assigned tasks efficiently, correctly, and in
conformance with plan specifications and building codes.

This position is hourly but will be full-time employment. Wage is dependent upon experience. The ability to advance
within the company does exist for the right candidate. This position will be benefit-eligible.
