Job Description and Responsibilities
Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, seeks an evening law school student to work full-time in the firm's Litigation department. The candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of a case, including investigating facts, issuing subpoenas, summarizing records, drafting pleadings, discovery and demands, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will be driven and able to balance multiple assignments and deadlines. Excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience while still in law school. EOE/M/F/D/V
Requirements
Strong academic credentials.
Full-time day availability while in law school.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
