The Lead Quality Assurance is responsible for day-to-day guidance and support for the QA Team. The Lead will work closely with the QA Manager to develop the QA Specialists and ensure consistent practices within the QA department.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

    \n
  • Creates and maintains team schedule for Manager approval.
  • \n
  • Maintains PTO requests and PTO calendar.
  • \n
  • Responsible to monitor, focus, and drive team engagement and maintain positive morale.
  • \n
  • Develops, coaches, and assists in training QA team on proper document procedures.
  • \n
  • Conducts trainings for QA teams and Sales.
  • \n
  • Manages QA Performance regarding KPIs.
  • \n
  • Generates reports and documents by using HGV software and system programs.
  • \n
  • Review documents for accuracy and coordinate with Contracts Processing office.
  • \n
  • Review real estate documents with clients.
  • \n
  • Answers owner’s questions and be prepared to overcome any objections.
  • \n
  • Notarizes documents and assist with the deeding process.
  • \n
  • Prepares business letters as needed to communicate HGV related information to clients.
  • \n
  • Ensures scheduled contract payments are processed or being followed up on.
  • \n
  • Reviews mail outs for accuracy prior to being uploaded to mobile notary service website.
  • \n
  • Reviews executed documents prior to being mailed back by mobile notary service.
  • \n
  • Assists with various projects and programs for QA dept.
  • \n

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

\n

    \n
  • High school/GED
  • \n
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
  • \n
  • Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in the vacation ownership industry
  • \n
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • \n
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • \n
  • Flexible schedule
  • \n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

    \n
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • \n
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • \n
  • Previous training and development experience
  • \n
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • \n
  • Experience in direct sales within the vacation ownership industry
  • \n
  • Fluency (reading/writing/speaking) in Japanese and business level English
  • \n
