Responsibilities

• Assist in researching legal issues related to corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Review and summarize contracts, agreements, and legal documents under supervision.
• Support in drafting legal memos, policies, and internal reports.
• Help track legal and compliance requirements for the company and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in document preparation for litigation, regulatory filings, and corporate governance matters.
• Attend and take notes during legal team meetings and external hearings or depositions when appropriate.
• Assist in reviewing and organizing legal files, contracts, and case documents.
• Conduct due diligence research on potential business partners, vendors, or other legal matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a J.D. (Juris Doctor) or related degree in Law, Pre-Law, or a similar field.
• Strong research and legal writing skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of corporate, contract, and business law preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
