Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed or Intern MFT or Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to families, children, and individuals experiencing emotional or behavioral issues within our agency, from a Wraparound perspective. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions with families, children, and individuals
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Provide crisis intervention and management when needed
- Lead group therapy sessions
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs
- Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic approaches
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Tailor therapy sessions to address the unique needs of the children

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- State licensure as a Family Therapist or Social Worker (interns encouraged to apply)
- Experience working with children and families
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy
- Strong crisis intervention skills
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations
- Knowledge of group therapy dynamics
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques

- Willingness to complete paid Wraparound trainings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $59.82 - $87.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
