Job Title : LMS Administrator

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, including user setup, course uploads, and system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS
• Collaborate with L&D, HR, and IT teams to create, test, and launch e-learning content
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to track training completion and compliance
• Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions or documentation when needed
• Monitor system performance, apply updates, and coordinate with vendors for escalated issues
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and system integrity

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience administering an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, or similar e-learning standards
• Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia) is a plus
• Knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Federal Experience is a plus.
