LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Clinical Research Coordinator for a local contract job in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Full Time - Clinical Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a Radiology Clinic Coordinator to provide oversight and coordination of imaging services in outpatient setting including mammography, CT, ultrasound, diagnostic X-Ray, fluoroscopy, and DEXA. This individual will perform imaging studies in the outpatient setting. Responsible for the day-to-day workflow of the imaging team, including ensuring quality of work, meeting daily staffing needs, and maintaining compliance with imaging standards. The offices are located in Garner and Smithfield. Major Position Functions • Oversees staff performance to ensure high-quality imaging, accuracy, and adherence to departmental policies. • Coordinates staff scheduling and rotations to maintain competency and workflow efficiency. • Troubleshoots equipment issues, ensures timely repairs, and minimizes downtime. • Performs diagnostic imaging procedures and maintains clinical competency in the field. Education and Experience • Associate's degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program. • ARRT or ARDMS certification required in order to be considered. • Registered or certified in a specific Radiologic discipline by the American Registry of Radiological Sciences. • Must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually. • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
