🔧 Maintenance Supervisor

📍 Warsaw Manufacturing Facility – Dalton Corporation

🕒 Full-Time | 2nd and 3rd shift

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly? Dalton Corporation is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled mechanics and electricians in our dynamic production environment.

🌟 About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for directing and overseeing all maintenance activities in your assigned area. You’ll ensure that all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards while promoting a strong culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 mechanics and electricians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Ensure work areas meet safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical and emergency repair issues.
• Monitor ongoing projects and audit maintenance procedures for effectiveness and compliance.
• Train, support, and evaluate team members; address performance and attendance issues as needed.

🎓 What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Engineering Technology preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical documents (e.g., MSDS, QCLs) and communicate effectively with teams.
• Solid math, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

💪 Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Must be comfortable working in a hot, loud, and industrial environment.
• 85–90% of the time will be spent on the production floor.
