Job Description

Aegis Worldwide is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, support a growing membership program, and expand brand visibility across multiple social media channels. This role supports two well-established brands in the financial and fintech sectors, with a focus on content marketing, SEO, video, and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SEO efforts, metadata, and keyword strategies to boost search visibility and website traffic
• Manage and publish digital content, including HTML articles, promotional assets, and ad placements
• Coordinate content approvals, updates, and publication timelines across websites and email channels
• Create and manage event web pages, registration tools, and mobile app content
• Produce and edit educational and promotional videos; coordinate shoots with clients and teams
• Support Learning Management System content uploads and updates
• Lead social media planning, scheduling, and execution to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain relationships with vendors for web development and video production
• Manage sponsored email campaigns and newsletter distribution
• Assist with onsite support during conferences and live events
• Collaborate on ongoing digital projects and ensure brand consistency across platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and content strategy
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat), and Hootsuite
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Leadership or team management experience is a plus
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs for event support
