Job Summary

SendaRide is seeking experienced, compassionate and service oriented drivers (Care Partners) to join our team. In this role, 

Responsibilities 

• Passenger Transport: Provider door to door service and safely transport passengers to their destinations as requested through the SendaRide app
• Navigation : Use GPS and navigation apps via the SendaRide app to determine the best route for each trip
• Customer Service : Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all riders and clients
• Vehicle Maintenance : Regularly maintain and clean the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Safety Compliance : Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety
• Time Management : Punctually pick up riders at their requested locations
• Trip Documentation : Accurately log trip details in the SendaRide app, including start and end points, and trip duration
• Communication : Clearly communicate with SendaRide regarding trip concerns, delays in arrival, and any other potential delays
• Emergency Handling : Respond appropriately to any emergency situations or accidents that may occur

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and have excellent driving history
• May be required to pass a drug screen
• Must have a clean, four-door vehicle, minivan or SUV, ten years old or new and in excellent condition (no trucks). 
• Must be able to hear, speak and write English fluently with excellent communication skills 
• We are looking for service-minded individuals, willing to provide door to door service which includes exiting the vehicle and escorting riders to and from their destination 
• Must be punctual and have excellent time management skills 
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines and instructions while performing rides 
• Must meet SendaRide's and its clients performance expectations 
  • 96% on-time ride performance 
• Day time availability preferred
